Police blotter for Sept. 21

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Thomas Lewicki, 37, of 14 Geneva Ave., Plainville, was charged on Sept. 10 with disorderly conduct and third degree assault. A $10,000 bond was set with a Sept. 11 court date.
•Beverly J. Nichisti, 63, of 26 Beckwith Dr., Plainville, was charged on Sept. 10 with second degree failure to appear. A $500 bond was set with a Sept. 24 court date.
•Luis M. Garcia, 26, of 7 Woodland St., Unit 7S, Plainville, was charged on Sept. 10 with second degree burglary, risk of injury to a minor, second degree threatening, and second degree breach of peace. A $50,000 bond was set with a Sept. 10 court date.
•Neil A. Lorusso, 30, of 245 Whaley Ave., New Haven, was charged on Sept. 12 with third degree identity theft, second degree forgery and sixth degree larceny. A $1,500 bond was set with a Sept. 12 court date.
•James J. Palumbo, 46, of 492 East St., Unit C19, Plainville, was charged on Sept. 12 with operating under suspension, reckless driving, failure to drive right and failure to grant right of way at an intersection. A $5,000 bond was set with a Sept. 24 court date.
•Gregory R. Jenkins, 25, of 14 White Oak Ave., Third Unit, Plainville, was charged on Sept. 12 with criminal violation of a protective order. A $5,000 bond was set with a Sept. 24 court date.
•Jeffrey F. Cullins, 27, of 47 Madison St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 11 with second degree forgery and sixth degree larceny. A $10,000 bond was set with a Sept. 11 court date.
•Shaun N. Oaks, 27, of 68 Margerie St., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 6 with fraudulent use of an ATM, third degree identity theft, third degree larceny, third degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit third degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, conspiracy to illegally use a credit card, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft and second degree forgery. A $25,000 bond was set with a Sept. 6 court date.
•Travis J. Gornto, 41, of 3 Burgess Ave., Enfield, was charged on Sept. 13 with failure to verify address (sex offender). A $10,000 bond was set for a Sept. 13 court date.
•Jahqwon J. Nelson, 20, of 592 Prospect St., Unit 10, Hartford, was charged on Sept. 20, with second degree false statement, interfering with an officer, second degree falsely reporting an incident and misuse of the 911 emergency system. A $10,000 bond with a Sept. 13 court date.
•Eleanor Miranda, 59, of 234 East St., Plainville, was charged on Sept. 13 with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. A $1,000 bond set with a Sept. 24 court date.
