Police blotter for Nov. 9

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Tashara M. Giles-Shirley, 38, of 689 Garden St., first unit, Hartford, was charged on Oct. 28 with conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny, fifth degree larceny, interfering with an officer, first degree criminal trespass, and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Gregory Beaufort, 49, of 208 Capen St., Hartford, was charged on Oct. 28 with second degree failure to appear, fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny, criminal impersonation, and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $3,000 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Sarah E. Simpson, 26, homeless, was charged on Oct. 28 with fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Tiffany M. Haggin, 29, of 73 Mansfield St., Unit 3, Hartford, was charged on Oct. 28 with fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny, first degree criminal trespass ,and no insurance. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Robert R. Congrove, 40, of 11 Hemingway St., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 27 with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Beth A. Morris, 53, of 367 East St., Unit 1E, Plainville, was charged on Oct. 26 with third degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•William H. Rich, 34, of 89 Park St., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 29 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, too fast for conditions and unsafe movement. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Nov. 5 court date.
•Elizabeta M. Wrobel, 52, of 149 Alden St., Unit 1, New Britain, was charged on Oct. 31 with interfering with an officer and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Nov. 1 court date.
•George R. Sobchuk, 52, of 54 Rosemont Drive, Plainville, was charged on Oct. 31 with second degree reckless endangerment, third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $20,000 with a Nov. 1 court date.
•Melissa S. Thornton, 22, of 405 Fall Mountain Rd., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 31 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 with a Nov. 13 court date.
