Police blotter for Dec. 14

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Paul E. Tarciani, 50, of 12 Maple St., Unit 9, Plainville, was charged on Dec. 2 with second degree failure to appear, second degree violation of conditions of release, disorderly conduct, and second degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $50,500 with a Dec. 3 court date.
•Vincent Debarros, 37, of 144 Jersey St,, Unit 4, Waterbury, was charged on Nov. 30 with use/tamper with a vehicle without permission. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Dec. 10 court date.
Adelina V. Stamatelos, 50, of 14 Pine St., Plainville, was charged on Dec. 10 with second degree falsely reporting an incident, second degree false statement and misuse of the 911 system. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Dec. 10 court date.
•Eric D. Luke, 22, of 39 Peach Orchard Hill, Plainville, was charged on Dec. 10 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $500 with a Dec. 10 court date.
•Angel M. Diaz, 23, of 11 Helen St., Plainville, was charged on Dec. 3 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $500 with a Dec. 17 court date.
•Christina M. Morant, 25, of 7 Casner Drive, Berlin, was charged on Dec. 3 with sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny, and misuse of plate(s). Bond was set at $5,000 with a Dec. 17 court date.
•Justin Duplin, 23, of 11 Bunker Hill Rd., New Britain, was charged on Dec. 3 with second degree failure to appear, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $10,250, with a Dec. 17 court date.
•John K. Wright, 45, of 161 Main St., Terryville, was charged on Dec. 4 with second degree larceny on a victim over the age of 60 and conspiracy to commit second degree larceny on a victim over the age of 60. Bond was set at $50,000 with a Dec. 4 court date.
•Ashley V. Cannon, 25, homeless, was charged on Dec. 4 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Dec. 5 court date.
•Isabel M. Figueroa, 52, of 161 Broad St., Unit 2A, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 4 with fifth degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Dec. 17 court date.
•Javier S. Gonzalez, 32, of 161 Broad Street, Unit 2A, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 4 with fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny.
