Police blotther for Dec. 28

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Craig A. Bourbeau, 45, of 54 Alden St., Unit 2, New Britain, was charged Dec. 16 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Jan. 7 court date.
•Barbara J. McBreairty, 52, of 271 Dunham St., Southington, was charged on Dec. 16 with third degree assault, disorderly conduct, and first degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $50,000 with a Dec. 17 court date.
•Shamari R. Smith, 24, of 10 Hathway Lane, Manchester, was charged on Dec. 19 with second degree falsely reporting an incident and misuse of the 911 system. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Jan. 7 court date.
•Stephen W. Wagner, 18, of 142 Gracie Ave., was charged on Dec. 18, with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs and following too close. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Jan. 2 court date.
•Richard R. Martel, 20, of 98 Whiting St., Apt. 3 Plainville, was charged on Nov. 18 with violation of conditional discharge. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Jan. 18 court date.
•Joel Marquis, 67, of 44 Berlin St., Southington, was charged on Dec. 20 with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, a stop sign violation and an unsafe start. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Jan. 7 court date.
•Liza J. Averso, 36, of Kent St., Unit 1, Plainville, was charged on Dec. 21 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Jan. 7 court date.
•Richard J. Janulawicz, 22, of 30 Hull Rd., Unionville, was charged on Dec. 20 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $15,000 with a Dec. 21 court date.
