Police blotter for March 15

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Gerald Majewski, 56, of 1023 Campbelle Avenue, unit 3, New Haven, was charged on March 3 with creating a public disturbance. Bond was set at $103 with a March 22 court date.
•Jose F. Escobar-Elejalde, 20, of 4045 Madison Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged on March 2 with conspiracy to commit second degree harassment. Bond was set at $25,000 with a March 11 court date.
•Thomas Ostiguy, 48, of 20 Pershing Dr., Plainville, was charged on March 1 with sixth degree larceny, third degree larceny, third degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, identity theft, criminal impersonation, and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny. Bond was set at $51,000 with a March 4 court date.
•Andrew C. Hackett, 21, of 99 Country Club Rd., Bolton, was charged on March 1 with conspiracy to commit second degree harassment. Bond was set at $25,000 with a March 11 court date.
•Andrew C. Dudley, 18, of 1420 Long Hill Rd., Guilford, was charged on March 1 with conspiracy to commit second degree harassment. Bond was set at $25,000 with a March 1 court date.
•Jorge A. Rivera, 30, of 676 Broadview Terrace, Hartford, was charged on March 4 with criminal violation of a protective order, operating under suspension and improper number of headlights. Bond was set at $25,000 with a March 5 court date.
•Halina P. Dabrowski, 44, of 26 Linden St., Plainville, was charged on March 4 with sixth degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 18 court date.
•Timothy A. Dixon, 24, of 126 New Britain Avenue, unit D3, Plainville, was charged on March 6 with a stop sign violation, failure to signal, operation of a motor vehicle without a license, illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of carrying/sale of a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $10,000 with a March 18 court date.
•Robin L. Witkowski, 22, of 72 Williams St., Plainville, was charged on March 5 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 18 court date.
•Stephanie Womack-Addison, 54, of 83 Webster St., Unionville, was charged on March 5 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 5 court date.
•Dean W. Bodak, 42, of 122 West Main St. #1, Plainville, was charged on March 6 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with a March 18 court date.
•Michelle R. Stoll, 26, of 248 Woodford Avenue, Unit 11, Plainville, was charged on March 18 with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 with a March 18 court date.
•James Christiano, 28, of 270 West Point Terrace, West Hartford, was charged on March 6 with sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 18 court date.
•Vincente Rodriguez, 30, of 20 Summer St., Bristol, was charged on March 8 with second degree failure to appear, third degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a 911 call, sixth degree larceny and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $30,000 with a March 8 court date.
•Joshua D. Fiorillo, 20, of 97 Brook St., Bristol, was charged on March 7 with conspiracy to commit second degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit second degree forgery. Bond was set at $5,000 with a March 18 court date.
•William M. Rivera, 36, of 182 Sexton St., unit 6, New Britain, was charged on March 7 with 10 counts of third degree burglary, 10 counts of conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, 10 counts of third degree criminal mischief, 10 counts of conspiracy to commit third degree criminal mischief, second degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second degree larceny, four counts of sixth degree larceny, and four counts of conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $100,000 with a March 7 court date.
