Police blotter for April 12

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Mario Juarez, 33, of 377 Farmington Ave., Plainville, was charged on April 1 with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 1 court date.
•Fernando Hernandez, 34, of 8 Bicycle St., Plainville, was charged on April 1 with second degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000 with an April 1 court date.
•Jose R. Soto, 18, of 45 Russell Ave., first unit, Plainville, was charged on March 30 with third degree larceny (by possession). Bond was set at $2,500 with an April 8 court date.
•Thomas A. Grillo, 21, of 140 Sheffield Lane, Bristol, was charged on March 29 with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 8 court date.
•Lisa L. Reed, 43, of 141 Alling St., Kensington, was charged on April 1 with second degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,500 with an April 15 court date.
•Steven Carnein, 25, of 44 Iowa Place, Bristol, was charged on April 1 with conspiracy to commit second degree identity theft, and conspiracy to commit second degree forgery. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 15 court date.
•James F. Poland, 50, of 104 Magnolia Ave., Bristol, was charged on April 2 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 with an April 3 court date.
•Joshua T. Curtis, 21, of 8 Atwood Street, Plainville, was charged on April 2 with second degree sexual assault, and risk of injury to a minor. Bond was set at $50,000 with an April 2 court date.
•Artur Kaminski, 20, of 421 High Street, unit 2, New Britain, was charged on April 3 with fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 with an April 15 court date.
•Adam R. Lacey, 22, of 50 Linden Street, third unit, Plainville, was charged on April 4 with two counts of first degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $20,000 with an April 15 court date.
