PARC, INC of Plainville is a “Family Centered Services for People with Developmental Disabilities” and Frederick Franklin Masonic Lodge # 14 of Plainville will be hosting this year’s Charity Golf Classic Fundraiser, to be held Saturday May 18.
The Hawk’s Landing Country Club in Southington will be the venue for an 18-hole scramble format. Entrants will be treated to an early continental breakfast, snack bag/draft beer at the 9th hole, and a buffet lunch catered by Gnazzo’s Food Center of Plainville following the play. The event will be capped off with silent auction, awards presentations and door prizes.
“We’re delighted to be collaborating with the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Plainville and would like to encourage golfers everywhere to come out and join us for a great day of play,” said Frank Robinson, PARC’s president in a press release.
Individuals or foursomes will be welcomed at $135 per golfer, which includes greens fees for 18 holes with shared cart, use of the driving range, door prize ticket, and three refreshment breaks, continental breakfast, healthy snack and buffet provided by Gnazzo’s Catering. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The start will be shotgun beginning at 8:30 a.m.
All proceeds from this tournament will benefit PARC’s healthy living programs and Fredrick-Franklin’s college scholarship fund.
