The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Madeline Argon, 36, of 34 Wilcox St., unit 3M, New Britain, was charged on April 21 with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 with an April 29 court date.
•Roberto C. Mercedes, 33, of 74 High St., unit 18, New Britain, was charged on April 21 with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order, sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny, and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $100,000 with an April 22 court date.
•Mark A. Glines, 22, of 566 North Main St., Bristol, was charged on April 20 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000 with an April 29 court date.
•Timothy J. Fascendini, 27, of 622 Allen St., New Britain, was charged on April 19 with illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper stop lamps. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 29 court date.
•Juan Suazo, 33, of 650 West Main St., unit 1, New Britain, was charged on April 19 with evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle without an operator’s license and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 29 court date.
•Sean T. Ludlum, 25, of 492 East St., unit A13, Plainville, was charged on April 18 with third degree assault, third degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000 with an April 19 court date.
•Samantha Dahlen, 25, of 59 Bartlett St., Plainville, was charged on April 23 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 24 court date.
•James J. Dahlen, 25, of 59 Bartlett St., Plainville, was charged on April 23 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 24 court date.
•Tyler J. Roberts, 27, of 30 Alder St., second floor, Bristol, was charged on April 21 with illegal possession of narcotics (oxycodone), possession of less than an ounce. of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 29 court date.
•Michael R. Thomas, 45, of no certain address, was charged on April 24 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $15,000 with a May 6 court date.
•Richard J. Ziel, 43, of 26 Vermont Ave., first unit, Southington, was charged on April 24 with second degree unlawful restraint, first degree criminal trespass, second degree harassment and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with an April 25 court date.
