The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
••Jonathan T. Foote, 23, of 118 Broad St., unit 40, Plainville, was charged on May 12 with second degree failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction. Bond was set at $15,150 with a May 13 court date.
•Milagros Lopez, 49, of 39 Milford St., Plainville, was charged on May 11 with disorderly conduct and third degree assault. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 13 court date.
•Gervais Barger, 26, of 193 Tomlinson Avenue, Plainville, was charged on May 12 with operating under suspension, operating under suspension (registration) and having no insurance. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 20 court date.
•Sean T. Ludlum, 25, of no certain address, was charged on May 13 with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $50,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Eric Bartley, 37, of 367 East St., unit H2, Plainville, was charged on May 13 with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $10,000 with a May 28 court date.
•Portia M. Lapointe, 50, of 33 Maxwell Dr., Wethersfield, was charged on May 13 with two counts of sixth degree larceny, operating under suspension, having no insurance, and illegal possession of hydrocodone. Bond was set at $10,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Kim M. Dinielli, 41, of 2 Meadowland Circle, Plainville, was charged on May 13 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000 with a May 28 court date.
•Carmen M. Lazo-Diaz, 60, of 132 Parks Hill Avenue, Yonkers N.Y., was charged on May 12 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 20 court date.
•Steven M. Pelletier, 44, of 44 Bartlett St., Plainville, was charged on May 13 with falsely reporting an incident and second degree harassment. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Chad M. Caron, 30, of no current address, was charged on May 15 with third degree identity theft and two counts of sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000 with a May 15 court date.
•Stephen T. Venturo, 54, of 2 Unionville Ave., Plainville, was charged on May 14 with interfering with an emergency call, third degree assault, first degree reckless endangerment, second degree threatening, and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $150,000 with a May 15 court date.
•Michael S. Kunda, 18, of 35 School St., Plainville, was charged on May 15 with interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $2,500 with a May 28 court date.
•Mark A. Avilez, 18, of 50 Summerhill Road, Middletown, was charged on May 15 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000 with a May 28 court date.
•Nicholas O. Olsen, 21, of 18 Beechwood Road, Plainville, was charged on May 15 with illegal sale of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $20,000 with a May 20 court date.
•Marc Fabretti, 28, o f23 Maple St., Plainville, was charged on May 15 with following too close and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 15 court date.
•Thomas J. Lewicki, 20, of 14 Geneva Avenue, Plainville, was charged on May 16 with two counts of first degree criminal mischief, two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second degree mischief. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 16 court date.
•Philip L. Pavano, 22, of 17 Geneva Geneva Avenue, Plainville, was charged on May 16 with two counts of first degree criminal mischief, two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second degree mischief. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 16 court date.
