Police blotter for July 26

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests:
•Jason A. Horvath, 39, of 24 Canterbury Ln., Plainville, was charged on July 14 with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $25,000 with a July 15 court date.
•Charles L. Crawn, 66, of 126 New Britain Ave., unit T04, Plainville, was charged on July 13 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500 with a July 22 court date.
•Chris Weimann, 46, of 36 Baldwin Circle, Southington, was charged on July 13 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, traveling unreasonably fast, a control sign violation, and operating without a drivers license. Bond was set at $1,000 with a July 22 court date.
•Michael V. Bulawa, 27, of 30 Burnham St., Plainville, was charged on July 12 with illegal possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to renew registration, and failure to have stop lamps. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 22 court date.
•Robin L. Witkowski, 22, of 72 Williams St., Plainville, was charged on July 15 with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000 with a July 29 court date.
•Dean D. Perry, 30, of 8 Phelan St., Plainville, was charged on July 15 with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 16 court date.
•James D. Heinrichs, 29, of 311 East St., unit 1, Plainville, was charged on July 15 with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $25,000 with a July 16 court date.
•Patricia A. Laucks, 45, of 77 East Main St., Plainville, was charged on July 15 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $30,000 with a July 15 court date.
•Robert E. Gangloff, 38, of 101 West Main St., unit A, Plainville, was charged on July 17 with interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 29 court date.
•Luis J. Rojas, 25, of 142 West St., second unit, Bristol, was charged on July 16 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating under suspension and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 16 court date.
•Charles D. Farr, 38, of 327 Berlin St., Southington, was charged on July 17 of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 29 court date.
•Lamare K. Brooks, 27, of 190 Moody St., Bristol, was charged on July 17 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with a July 18 court date.
