Police blotter for Aug. 16

The Plainville Police Department reported the following arrests.
•Zachary S. Noll, 29, of 27 Hough St., second floor, Plainville, was charged on Aug. 2 with two counts of impairing the morals of a child, third degree assault, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $20,000 with an August 5 court date.
•Jaime Anderson, 33, of 5 Casciello Dr., Plainville, was charged on Aug. 3 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with an August 5 court date.
•Robin D. Anderson, 33, of 105 River View Lane, Norwich, was charged on Aug. 3 with third degree assault, third degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $50,000 with an Aug. 5 court date.
•Emily N. Aviles, 24, of 283 North Washington, first unit, was charged on Aug. 3 with second degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000 with an Aug. 5 court date.
•Ivellisse L. Soucy, 33, of 484 West St., third floor, Plainville, was charged on Aug. 3 with second degree failure to appear and illegally operating a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2,000 with an Aug. 12 court date.
•Rosario Schwartz, 42, of 238 Unionville Ave., Plainville, was charged on August 4 with first degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,000 with an Aug. 12 court date.
•Lulzime Kupa, 34, of 106 Idlewood Rd., Waterbury, was charged on Aug. 4 with fifth degree larceny and fifth degree conspiracy to commit larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 with an Aug. 12 court date.
•Antonio S. Prisco, 21, of 72 Jones Dr., New Britain, was charged on Aug. 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of heroin, illegal possession near a school, and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Aug. 6 court date.
•Jaimee N. Hayduski, 21, of 99 Brentwood Rd., Newington, was charged on Aug. 5 with second degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 with an Aug. 6 court date.
•John Bergeron, 40, of 179 Red Stone Hill Rd., Plainville, was charged on Aug. 8 with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000 with an August 8 court date.
•Paul G. Spak Jr., 25, of 13 Forshaw Ave., Plainville, was charged on August 7 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Aug. 8 court date.
•Nelson Rivera, 51, of 372 Park St., Unit 2, Bristol, was charged on Aug. 7 with evading responsibility and taking a restricted turn. Bond was set at $2,500 with an August 19 court date.
