Police blotter for Oct. 18

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Orthneil A. Mccooty, 37, of 17 Westwood Ave., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 5 with third degree assault, disorderly conduct and second degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $100,000 with an Oct. 7 court date.
•Jason Miller, 25, of 15 Hardwood Rd., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 4 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Oct. 7 court date.
•Marek Kudyba, 62, of 79 Nicholas Dr., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 5 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility, turns restricted, and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Oct. 15 court date.
•William C. Savage, 34, of 41 Woodland St., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 6 with second degree breach of peace, reckless driving, evading responsibility, improper turn, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions, and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $1,000 with an Oct. 15 court date. 
•Jason M. Miller, 25, of 15 Hardwood Rd., Plainville, was charged on Oct. 7 with first degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500 with an Oct. 7 court date.
•Kimberly M. Payne, 31, of 125 Collilns Rd., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 8 with third degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000 with an Oct. 21 court date.
•Catarina M. Lopez, 22, of 109 Union Rd., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 9 with criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $25,000 with an Oct. 9 court date.
•Melissa M. Russell, 24, of 6 Crown St., unit A10, Plainville, was charged on Oct. 8 with second degree identity theft, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, and fourth degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Oct. 21 court date.
•Joshua D. Newton, 27, of 180 Sunnydale Ave., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 8 with illegal possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 with an Oct. 21 court date.
•Steven G. Rogers, 47, of 404 Country Club Court, Rocky Hill, was charged on Oct. 9 with creating a public disturbance, simple trespass and sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000 with an Oct. 9 court date.
•Camille R. Frate, 42, of 160 Stonecrest Dr., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 9 with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and second degree harassment. Bond was set at $50,000 with an Oct. 10 court date.
•Stephen A. Cohen, 26, of 17 Mals Way, Unionville, was charged on Oct. 11 with carrying a dangerous weapon, weapon I a vehicle, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and improper number of headlights. Bond was set at $10,000 with an Oct. 21 court date.
