Republicans take control of Town Council

The Republicans have control of the Town Council once again after Tuesday’s election, however the Democrats were able to score one more seat. Republicans Kathy Pugliese, Scott Saunders were re-elected Tuesday, and brought on newcomers Danny Carrier and Deb Tompkins. Democratic incumbents Quinn Christopher and Chris Wazorko were re-elected, and brought on newcomer Patrick Kilby. On the Board of Education, Republican incumbent Andrea Saunders was elected, along with Brent Davenport. Also re-elected to the Board of Education were Democratic incumbents Becky Tyrrell, Cheryl Provost and Foster White.
