Police blotter for Feb. 21

The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Kamil D. Kobalczyk, 23, of 271 High St., third unit, New Britain, was charged on Feb. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, driving unreasonably fast, interfering with an officer, disobeying the signal of an officer, and tampering or fabricating evidence. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Feb. 18 court date.
•Robert E. Gangloff, 38, of 119 Camp St., Plainville, was charged on Feb. 10 with criminal violation of a protective order, first degree reckless endangerment, second degree threatening, risk of injury to a minor, second degree criminal attempt to assault, carrying or sale of a dangerous weapon, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $100,000 with a Feb. 10 court date.
•Vincent J. Ricciardi, 50, of 24 Hickory Lane, Plainville, was charged on Feb. 10 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 with a Feb. 24 court date.
•Valerie A. Hall, 58, of 58 Ashford St., first floor, Hartford, was charged on Feb. 11 with sixth degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Feb. 24 court date.
•Edwin T. Quintero, 33, of 14 Pine St., Plainville, was charged on Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Feb. 13 court date.
•Latanya L. Shepard, 43, of 14 Pine St., Plainville, was charged on Feb. 12 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Feb. 13 court date.
