Police blotter for March 14

 The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Andrew J. Kosokovich, 22, of 62 Warner Rd., East Haddam, was charged on March 2 with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000 with a March 3 court date.
•Bryan K. Backiel, 35, of 147 Broad St., second floor, Plainville, was charged on March 1 with second degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000 with a March 3 court date.
•Robert T. Drouin, 22, of 325 Chapman St., New Britain, was charged on Feb. 28 with illegal possession of narcotics (heroin), illegal possession of narcotics (crack/cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000 with a March 10 court date.
•William L. Blennerhassett, 24, of 1411 Middletown Ave., unit 2, Northford, was charged on Feb. 28 with illegal possession of narcotic (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $10,000 with a March 10 court date.
•Norman L. Fritz, 28, of 94 Arcadia Ave., Plainville, was charged on Feb. 28 with illegal possession of a narcotic (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 10 court date.
•Merilyn Arroyo, 35, of 3 Ash St., third unit, New Britain, was charged on Feb. 28 with sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 10 court date.
•Tiffany M. Chislom, 29, of 3 Ash St., third unit, New Britain, was charged on Feb. 28 with sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 10 court date.
•Dean P. Fragola, 44, of 16 Hampton St., Newtown, was charged on Feb. 28 with third degree identity theft, second degree harassment and second degree stalking. Bond was set at $250,000 with a Feb. 28 court date.
•Karl W. Funderburk, 43, of 92 West Main St., unit 33, Plainville, was charged on March 3 with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000 with a March 17 court date.
•Ryan J. Soucy, 25, of 514 Wall St., Hebron, was charged on March 5 with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with a March 6 court date.
•David S. Boulanger, 27, of 9 Wolcott Rd., Terryville, was charged on March 6 with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 with a March 17 court date.
•Matthew A. Spencer, 26, of 31 Alderson Ave., Plainville, was charged on March 6 with third degree burglary, fourth degree larceny, third degree criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools, two counts sixth degree larceny, theft of a firearm, and criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $236,000 with a  March 6 court date.
