DCF seeking foster families in area

April 9, 2014

Across Connecticut, according to the Department of Children and Families, there are over 4,000 children in its care. They need foster families to provide care, stability, and love, said DCF in promotional materials. They need parents to be positive role models, to teach them how to ride a bike, pick out a prom dress or talk about what happened in school. They need people who care, said DCF.

DCF is working to provide quality homes to children who need them and needs people to help give these children a chance to live in a home where they will have the opportunity to make their dreams come true.
