 The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests.
•Shawn D. Hutchins, 46, of 1305 Steuben Hill Rd., Herkimer NY, was charged on May 11 with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000 with a May 13 court date.
•Paul R. Wilks, 33, of 42 White Oak Ave., Plainville, was charged on May 10 with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, having no front plate, taking an improper right turn and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2,500 with a May 19 court date.
•John D. Dehuff, 61, of no certain address, was charged on May 9 with five counts of second degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $250,000 with a May 12 court date.
•William J. Oneill, 46, of 173 Rethal St., Southington, was charged on May 9 with evading responsibility, having no insurance, a control sign violation and disobeying an officer’s signal. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 12 court date.
•Taylor Scott, 20, of last known address of 923 West Main St., unit 403, New Britain, was charged on May 13 with criminal violation of a protective order and first degree violation of conditions of release. Bond was set at $50,000 with a May 13 court date.
•Giuseppe V. Vitarella, 37, of 371 Wooford Ave., unit 42, Plainville, was charged on May 13 with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 13 court date.
•Nicole M. Bell, 26, of 56 Paul Spring Rd., Farmington, was charged on May 13 with illegal possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of suboxone. Bond was set at $5,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Lamar K. Easmon, 18, of 8 Jackson Rd., Bloomfield, was charged on May 13 with sixth degree larceny and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000 with a May 27 court date.
•Alvin Abreu, 31, of 94 Camp St., second unit, New Britain, was charged on May 13 with violation of probation and sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $35,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Camille R. Frate, 43, of 160 Stonecrest Dr., Bristol, was charged on May 13 with criminal violation of a restraining order, second degree harassment, and three counts of criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $25,000 with a May 14 court date.
•Howard A. Rapacky, 54, of 66 Whiting St., unit 2E, Plainville, was charged on May 14 with two counts of sixth degree larceny and two counts of third degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $2,500 with a May 27 court date.
•Kevin A. Dellavecchia, 21, of 60 Diamond Ave., Plainville, was charged on May 14 with second degree breach of peace and public indecency. Bond was set at $10,000 with a May 27 court date.
•Raymond Brown, 47, of 333 Homestead Ave., Hartford, was charged on May 15 with illegal possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 with a May 27 court date.
•Daisy DeJesus, 45, of 56 Ingraham Place, Bristol, was charged on May 15 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 with a  May 27 court date.
