Police blotter for March 27

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests:
•Rodrique L. Cooley, 40, of 175 Stoney Brook Rd., Waterbury, was arrested on March 13 for second degree harassment, second degree breach of peace, and second degree threatening.
•Anthony L. Shipman, 30, of 351 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested on March 13 for first degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first degree robbery, first degree threatening, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
•Latoya D. Clarke, 26, of 515 Garden St., Hartford, was arrested on March 14 for third degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny.
•Joseph E. Mangan, 26, of 71 Russell Ave., Plainville, was arrested on March 14 for two incidents of second degree failure to appear.
•Alexandra P. Mica, 21, of 359 Hill Rd., Harwinton, was arrested on March 14 for driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, and unsafe backing.
•Juan T. Soto, 26, of 337 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on March 15 for illegal possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Marco Delmonaco, 53, of 371 Woodford Ave., Plainville, was arrested on March 15 for second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
•William J. Whipple, 46, of 92 West Main St., Plainville, was arrested on March 15 for second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
•Latifah F. Veal, 25, of 53 Winchester St., Hartford, was arrested on March 16 for third degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny.
•Oseas J. Perez, 27, of 136 Bingham St., New Britain, was arrested on March 16 for third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•Marc F. Verderame, 27, of 60 Windham Dr., Southington, was arrested on March 16 for (Note: This case was heard in Superior Court and as a result of that hearing, the court issued a decision to the Town of Plainville Police Department that charges were ordered erased.)
•Antwaun D. Jones, 26, of 7 Woodside Ln., Plainville, was arrested on March 17 for second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. He was arrested in a second incident for second degree violation of his conditions of release.
•Tia M. Vann, 25, of 608 Allen St., New Britain was arrested on March 17 for second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. She was arrested in a second incident for second degree violation of her conditions of release.
•Malcolm Q. Mack, 29, of 118 Broad St., Plainville, was arrested on March 17 for sixth degree larceny by possession.
•Jeffrey W. Elwood, 35, of 11 Mulberry Ln., Glastonbury, was arrested on March 18 for second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
•Sondra M. Jedziniak, 27, of 319 West St., Middletown, was arrested on March 18 for second degree breach of peace.
•Maureen C. Bodnar, 57, of 9 Highland Dr., Plainville, was arrested on March 19 for disorderly conduct.
•Jose M. Torres, 26, of 54 Clinton St., New Britain, was arrested on March 20 for second degree larceny, second degree criminal trover, and operating under suspension.
•Niesha M. Stancil, 18, of 230 Jackson Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested on March 20 for second degree failure to appear.
•Merle J. Cray, 53, of 87 Pickney Ave., Plainville, was arrested on March 21 for disorderly conduct.
•Deanne N. Nelson, 31, of 81 Sidehill Rd., Meriden, was arrested on March 21 for sixth degree larceny.
•Aldo R. Figueroa, 41, of 66 Whiting St., Plainville, was arrested on March 21 for second degree breach of peace and conspiracy to commit second degree breach of peace.
•Emily L. Martone, 28, of 66 Whiting St., Plainville was arrested on March 21 for second degree breach of peace and conspiracy to commit second degree breach of peace.
•Jeremy Nightingale, 30, of 135 Torrington Ave., Canton, was arrested on March 22 for evading responsibility from a motor vehicle accident which causes physical injury.
•Oseas J. Perez, 27, of 136 Bingham St., New Britain, was arrested on March 23 for criminal violation of a protective order, second degree reckless endangerment, two counts of third degree assault, second degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, second degree unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a minor, and second degree strangulation. In a second incident on March 23, he was arrested for violation of probation.
•Ashley N. Decrosta, 22, of 118 Broad St., Plainville, was arrested on March 23 for criminal violation of a protective order, risk of injury to a minor and second degree reckless endangerment.
