Police blotter for Jan. 19

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Friday, Jan. 5 to Sunday, Jan. 14:

  • Winder J. Jimenez, 22, of 38 Norton Pl., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Thomas J. Zooleck, 60, of 49 Wayne Dr., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with creating a public disturbance.
  • Amy L. Demaine, 34, of 25 Terra Rd., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 8 and charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, risk of injury to a minor, and child endangerment while driving under the influence.
  • Kevin F. Gearin, 32, of 100 East St., 2nd floor, Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with second degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, third degree assault, illegal possession of cocaine, illegal possession of adderall, and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Thomas J. Zooleck, 60, of 49 Wayne Dr., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with crating a public disturbance.
  • Mark S. Ostiguy, 57, of last known address 20 Persking Dr., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with second degree failure to appear. He was also charged with two separate incidents of first degree failure to appear.
  • Joshua G. Delgado, 20, of 4 E. Main St., Unit 1A, Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Dylan N. Martin, 25, of 189 King St., Bristol, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with interfering with an officer, first degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, disobeying an officer’s signal, operating under suspension, and filling the tank with the engine on. In a separate incident, he was charged with violation of a protective order. In another incident, he was charged with interfering with an officer.
  • Kimberly M. Prescott, 28, homeless, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Katiria Rivera, 34, of 150 Youth Ave., New Britain, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with no insurance, operating under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without an operator license, and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held device. In a second incident, she was charged with failure to respond to an infraction.
  • Theresa Boutot, 54, of 482 Broad St., Unit 52, Bristol, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with conspiracy to commit first degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree burglary.
  • Jonathan R. Moris, 57, of 532 Hogback Rd., Riverton, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with patronizing a prostitute, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, and distribution of a controlled substance.
  • Matthew A. Patenaude, 36, of 75 E. Broad St., Plainville, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with second degree threatening, two counts of second degree harassment, and disorderly conduct.
  • Calvin Nickerson, 39, of 59 Buckley Ave., Bristol, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
  • Michael Lafountaine, 49, of 179 Divinity St., Bristol, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with operating under suspension, a broken tail lamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia with less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Jordan P. Council, 18, of 2232 Town Ridge Rd., Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with second degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Diana C. Lukasik, 35, of 171 Wilcox St., Unit 2, New Britain, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with evading responsibility (physical injury).
