Police blotter for March 2

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Saturday, Feb. 17 to Wednesday, Feb. 21:

  • Mayra E. Garcia, 45, of 15 Fourth St., Bristol, was arrested on Feb. 17 and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
  • Neysa V. Campos, 24, of 19 Lovely St., Canton, was arrested on Feb. 17 and charged with third degree criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, six counts of criminal violation of a protective order, and criminal attempt of second degree burglary. In separate incidents, Campos was charged with once incident of first degree failure to appear and two incidents of second degree failure to appear.
  • Andrew J. Leonard, 29, of 1 Raffi Dr., Plainville, was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with evading responsibility (physical injury), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and traveling too fast for conditions.
  • Brian A. Roach, 32, of 7 Karen Dr., South Hadley, Mass., was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with evading responsibility (property) and failure to drive right.
  • Juliaanne Gwazda, 30, of 32 Westmont Dr., Waterbury, was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with sixth degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of heroin.
  • Jose A. Malave, 29, of 112 Dudley St., New Britain, was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
  • Shepard A. Phoenix, 24, of no known address, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with first degree criminal trespassing.
  • Michelle L. Dufour, 36, of 2 Whiting St., Unit 9, Plainville, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with third degree burglary, fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny.
  • Rodney Perez, 47, of 265 Carlton St., New Britain, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Tyler J. Spotts, 34, of 139 Washington St., Unit 4S, New Britain, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
