Police blotter for March 16

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Friday, March 2 to Wednesday, March 7:

  • Rene Rivera, 27, of 246 Glen St., 1st floor, was arrested on March 2 and charged with disorderly conduct, operating under suspension, and unsafe passing.
  • Dyshawn Jiles, 36, of 68 Westland St, Unit 1F, Hartford, was arrested on March 2 and charged with operating unders suspension and unsafe backing. In a separate incident, Jiles was charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Elena K. Gomez, 19, of 4 Atwood St., Unit B4, Hartford, was arrested on March 5 and charged with second degree forgery, third degree identity theft, sixth degree larceny, and fraudulent use of an ATM.
  • Christopher J. Herrick, 37, of 2 Whiting St., Unit 9, Plainville, was arrested on March 5 and charged third degree burglary, fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny. In a separate incident, Herrick was charged with illegal possession of suboxone.
  • Tyler C. Vincent, 23, of 26 Norton Pl., Unit 5, Plainville, was arrested on March 5 and charged with criminal violation of a protective order, second degree threatening, and disorderly conduct.
  • Marie Mckenzie, 52, of 37 Carol Dr., Plainville, was arrested on March 5 and charged with improper number of headlights and driving under the influence of liquor or drug.
  • Abigail L. Depner, 18, of 24 Elizabeth Ct., Unit 5, Plainville, was arrested on March 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Joann Peshka, 52, of 24 Elizabeth Ct., Unit 5, Plainville, was arrested on March 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Kotema B. Noble, 44, of 175 Remsen St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on March 6 and charged with risk of injury to a minor, first degree unlawful restraint, third degree assault, third degree strangulation, interfering with an officer, and disorderly conduct.
  • Nicole M. Logins, 31, of 50 Circle Dr., Wallingford, was arrested on March 7 and charged with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
  • Kimberly A. Bordeau, 47, of 33 Jacobs St., Bristol, was arrested on March 8 and charged with creating a public disturbance.
