Police blotter for April 13

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Thursday, March 29 to Thursday, April 5:

  • Melissa Oliver, 35, of 4 E. Main St., Unit 4-1A, Plainville, was arrested on March 29 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Antoinette A. Rogers, 40, of 6 Rosemont Dr., Plainville, was arrested on March 29 and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
  • Mike Curiel, 29, of 30 Gridley St., Unit 2, Bristol, was arrested on March 30 and charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drug.
  • Thomas R. Demaine, 29, of 18 Pennsylvania Ave., New Britain, was arrested on March 30 and charged with illegal possession of crack cocaine, misuse of plate(s), no insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Alexis D. Velez, 31, of 214 Rhodes St., New Britain, was arrested on April 1 and charged with interfering with an officer, driving under the influence of liquor or drug, and making a restricted turn.
  • Gary Lombardi, 51, of 65 East St., Unit 2, Plainville, was arrested on April 1 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Haley M. Craven, 18, of 481 Park St., Unit 1E, New Britain, was arrested on April 2 and charged with second degree threatening.
  • Kassandra M. Rodriguez, 23, of 70 Kensington St., Unit 1, Meriden, was arrested on April 2 and charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, operating under suspension, control signal violation, and failure to drive right.
  • Brian J. Lavigne, 32, of 44 Redding St., 1W, Hartford, was arrested on April 3 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • Stefano A. Pollastro, 40, of 127 Willis St., Bristol, was arrested on April 3 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Luis R. Gallosa-Hernandez, 34, of 100 Northampton Lane, Unit 6, Plainville, was arrested on April 3 and charged with second degree criminal trespassing.
  • Chelsea L. Pardal, 29, of 68 Cooke St., Unit 3, Plainville, was arrested on April 5 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
  • Edward W. Fortier, 58, of 25 Race St., Unit 25, Bristol, was arrested on April 5 and charged with illegal possession of oxycodone (Percocet), illegal possession of hydrocodone (Vicodin), illegal possession of alprazolam, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
  • Keith S. Mark, 24, of 140 East St., 1st floor, Plainville, was arrested on April 5 and charged with illegal possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of rear registration, and a weapon in the vehicle.
  • Dalilah I. Castellano, 28, of 126 New Britain Ave., R1, Plainville, was arrested on April 5 and charged with illegal possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Aracelis Kercado, 52, of 126 New Britain Ave., R1, Plainville, was arrested on April 5 and charged with illegal possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
