Police blotter for the April 26 edition

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Thursday, Apr. 11 to Saturday, Apr. 20:

  • Nicholas J. Gagnon, 36, of 50 Dunham St., Southington, was arrested on Thursday, Apr. 11, and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Keyiza M. McClain, 18, of 50 Bank St., Plainville, was arrested on Monday, Apr. 15, and charged with interfering with or resisting arrest, interfering with an emergency call, third degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
  • Chunly Doung, 46, of 251 Batterson Dr., New Britain, was arrested on Tuesday, Apr. 16, and charged with second degree harassment, and second degree threatening.
  • Keshawn A. Roberts, 31, latest known address of 245 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was arrested on Tuesday, Apr. 16, and charged with third degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny. Roberts was also arrested on the same date regarding a different incident, where he was charged with third degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny.
  • Lillianaliz Morales, 19, of 28 Norton Pl., Plainville, was arrested on Wednesday, Apr. 17, and charged with sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • Kathleen G. Oleary, 64, of 29 View St., Plainville, was arrested on Thursday, Apr. 18, and charged with leaving a child unsupervised in a place of public accommodation or motor vehicles.
  • Jamie E. Munger, 36, of 277 Summer St., Bristol, was arrested on Saturday, Apr. 20, and charged with interfering with or resisting arrest, first offense operation of a motor vehicle without a license, having the minimum insurance, and operation or parking an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Joel P. Williams, 24, of 3 Garden Hill Rd., Middlefield, was arrested on Saturday, Apr. 20, and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, and traveling unreasonably fast.
