Police blotter for the May 10 edition

The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Monday, April 29 to Saturday, May 4:

  • George Ashline, 51, of 110 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on Monday, April 29, and charged with sixth degree larceny
  • Olga Figueroa, 35, of 27 Hough St., Plainville, was arrested on Tuesday, April 30, and charged with second degree breach of peace, and third degree criminal mischief.
  • Angel Maldonado-Martinez, 27, of 20 Marshall St., New Britain, was arrested on Tuesday, April 30, and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • John U. McCoy, 40, of 21 Louise Ct., New Britain, was arrested on Tuesday, April 30, and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, operation of a motor vehicle with registration suspended, having minimum insurance, and operation or parking an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Anthony Pabon, 23, of 132 Jubilee St., New Britain, was arrested on Tuesday, April 30, and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, making an improper turn, operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, and operation of a motor vehicle while using a telephone or texting.
  • Lillian M. Manfredy, 28, of 100 Mark Ln., Waterbury, was arrested on Thursday, May 2, and charged with three counts of violation of probation, and second degree failure to appear.
  • Marcelino Tirado, 62, of 126 New Britain Ave., Plainville, was arrested on Thursday, May 2, and charged with second degree threatening, and second degree breach of peace.
  • Lillian M. Manfredy, 28, of 100 Mark Ln., Waterbury, was arrested on Friday, May 3, and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Atkim V. Harrigan, 33, of 250, South St., Bristol, was arrested on Saturday, May 4, and charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, having an improper number or rear lamps or brake lights, and having tinted glass.
